does anyone know where i can find the leave of absence forms in a pdf file? i been looking and no luck thanks for the help
 
Call your terminal office manager. Tell them to fax you a loa. Fill it out, make copies for your records. Fax it back to them. That is what they had me do just recently. You might as well take the loa until the end of the year. You can always come back after the first 30 days with a 72 hour notice.

Yes, barring another change to the language that is the last day of the loa. Also I went into the office with my union rep. to get a form and filled it out then.

That isn't entirely accurate. If he took a LOA to work elsewhere while pension payments weren't being paid then sure. But we can also take LOA's for other reasons and with different time tables.
