My TM confirmed it. that ALL Fedex employees will get it in with your paycheck, end of the month, July 2011. I'm hearing 5.7% of another percent of your annual pay. Stay tuned in 2 weeks.

Your not getting 4.5 or 5.7 of your annual wage,Jeff First the IND region bigshot said its enough to go out to dinner.Its so small he said its embarrasing ( paraphrase) to send it out.
 
I heard they will be taking 10% of your yearly. say 80000 = 8000 then multiply that by 5.7 % = 457. now take 457 X 40% that uncle sam will take ( 182.80 )...leaves you with 274.20. this is of course a worse case basis.:nono_h4h:
Now best case would be taking that 80000 X 5.7% ( hold your breathe ) = 4560...Uncle Sam will still take @ least 40%...( 1824 )soooooo here it comes,,,,2736.. I'll believe it...and be happy we got anything.:19: after all they've been saving up for 3 years!!!!:duh:
 
If you get $30 or $30,000 its more than you had before..stop whining, I don't get ::shit:: for a bonus, I would love to get one, your not intitled to anything else other than your pay check. I tell my Buddy @ fedex all the time..come to Sysco and earn your $ if you aren't willing to than STFU, enjoy what you have, and pray that it never leaves...you freight haulers crack me up, you all would ***** about a smooth road, you will never know what you have till you lose it. Then you will drag your sorry ass to Sysco or US Foods and they will wear your ass out and you will wind up in a warehouse somewhere driving a towmoter.

I'm sorry, I really am, I work hard for my money, I ***** less than you guys, and I work alot harder..think about it!!! Attitude is everything!!!!!!
 
Let's say we are getting $30 or $40 as a "bonus". I say FedEx, please, don't insult us!! How pathetic!
If we are each getting somewhere near that amount, I make a pledge; I will take that insulting amount and put it to good use. I will donate it to feed the hungry, help victims of flooding or any natural disaster, give to a children's hospital or any children's charity. But only to help the needy in this country, since our [also pathetic] government is too busy trying to score political points at our expense and is too busy in their internal squabbles. I ::shit:: on our government, both parties equally!!
Sorry if I sound a bit harsh! But I say WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!:ranting2:
