INDIANAPOLIS,IN - Tractor trailer crash kills driver

Um...I have serious issues with this: "Once the Marion County Health Department and spill recovery officials off-load the remaining fuel into another tanker, emergency workers will remove the victim from the semi-cab."

AFTER they offload the fuel? They're not moving the victim until AFTER they offload the fuel? I realize he did not make it, but unless he was pinned in that seriously that moving the body would possibly create a hazard because of having to cut the cab - WHY would they leave the body in the truck for HOURS?

And you KNOW it's going to take hours to offload from the time the replacement truck is sent until it leaves the scene. Isn't it hot up there too? Oh my gosh...that is just too outrageous. I hope they at least provided him with the dignity of covering the cab while all this other work is going on. Jeeze
