It seems harry used to take a more active role with the drivers at least it used to be that way at jevic no more driver meeting not at all paticular about the equipment no uniforms no forward looking statements as to how the company is doing or plans to revitalize business
 
That's what I've heard from a few NCT drivers....I heard he's been building a home in Florida, and that once the house was built (this was a few years ago), he would move down there and give the trucks up. To the best of my knowledge, Harry has very little to do with the day to day operations at New Century as of late.
 
BO HO You guys need Harry when he goes that is it !! say good bye NCT.. At one time the driver was a important person at NC . Harry was a truck driver .. This is a hard job long hours away from family and making less money ever . I know a lot of people working there X blue drivers .. And i feel for them after what Jevic did , and the word is out .. How can you not give a working man a pay increase after three years is just not right ..And take back moneys .. That is Bull !!!!
 
Come on Local...help Harry out...times are tough...its not like he is the kind of guy that would bail out on all the people who made him rich,then start another company to compete against them.Have a heart.

So So true !! you look at the drivers that gave years of service to the company and him . It's sad the 401 is gone ,no pay increase in 4 years .. And they get new cars homes and more ... Bentley nice !! you guys can't even pay for gas .. THEY DON"T CARE ABOUT YOU GUYS !!! Time for a change guys ... Enjoy you're Donuts ,, They need 14 hours out of you today ..
 
That is so true ... He has made so much moneys off the people working for him .. Wonder how he sleeps at night ? Remember this you guys and girls that he cut you're pay to get to Jevic .. See what happens if YRC goes out .. you people will be working for even less .. He will uses you people ... Is Mike Mcdick and Jerry Kissasss still at NCT ?
 
You probably never will meet Jerry S. or Jim M... Even though they make the decisions that will affect you...You will meet J.S. son Justin if you go to Delanco.
 
It's a private equity firm that owns the majority. Private equity was all the rage before the economy went south. All those people in leadership positions already got a large sum of money. I don't know where they go because there isn't an appetite for an IPO and it's going to be tough to sell. The load to deliver model is replicated amongst many carriers so there really isn't anything unique about the service.
 
It makes you wonder how long Jefferies will tolerate losses.They own Arnold Transportation too,maybe they will fold NCT into them,or go the Sun Capital route and bankrupt the company.

................. Jeffries has a near infinate amount of money. At this point they are stuck between a "rock and hard place." Can't go pubic and can't find a buyer.
 
Remember this, out of all the places Mike Mcdick worked for at one time , they are gone ...Makes you think do they put a person like that in place to go out of business . For Insurance moneys ? Justin has the new Mercedes Ben Nice .. Daddy please buy me a new car.. That's right the people at NCT payed for it ... They don't give out pay increases ... RBV

Is Mike M the same way he was at blue? I never meet Justin so who knows who paid for his car or not?

Harry is busy down in Florida building a new Truck Spa (Super Truck Wash and Detail Center)
 
You guys what a bunch of cry babies. I was in harry office weds. Still here and having thanksgiving here. Maybe you should risk your money twice and start your own company. See how easy it is in these historic times. You guys give good professional drivers a bad name
