FedEx Freight | make sense of this

Since when are we permitted to change our screen name as Mr. Flounder did? I also took note that he switched his
aviator from one silly dumdum to yet another similar person of ineptitude.

an aviator is a pilot of a plane, an avatar is what i changed and anybody can do it. as for my id name i asked Jeff too change it for me from ff5013 to flounder, cause most people dont know me as the other. the silly dumdum is Flounder from the Animal House Movie.

Will they send someone out to hold our hands? The onion fixes everything.

Ask an Overnight/UPS Freight driver how the onion has fixed things over there. My wife drives for Conway Truckload. Just last week I dropped her back at her truck at the local UPSF yard to pick up her load. What a sight that must have been... Fedex driver (I was in uniform) dropping off his Conway Truckload wife at the UPSF yard. Not to worry, the only guard there was a fake deer and owl. WTH is that about?

As far as conway truck load pulling upsf load the Teamsters are having hearing about that who is standing up for you and me . Im not here to fight with anyone I do not work for FDFX all I can go by is what I read here and Im sure some of this is B.S as it is on conways pagr

If you are talking about TPA it did need to be enlarged, Was rather tight when we got busy. Hope it's because we gonna "need" the extra space.

Well, my two cents is that its a dog eat dog world out here now. There are a bunch of psychopathic people in charge and always have been. So, you get what we have here today. A world in which only the people on top get the real respect, money and perks. We are the little people and they'll never let us forget that! They really don't care about anyone, even their own families I'd venture to say! It's hasn't always been this profound, but the world is getting consumed by these types today. The Bible talks about it and no I'm not a super religious person either. It just happens to state the truth about what is happening here! Hate to be so serious guys but thats how it is to me.

Do you mean successful people? Yeah,I hate those guys too! The Government should take their money and give it to me.

Not my point. I just believe you can't give big bonuses to only the top people and expect the bottom on the pole to be able to survive. I don't like the government taking anyone's money. It's as old as time itself. Everyone has to get their's, while the getting is good and the hell with everybody else. You can't survive oh well sucks for you!

The door at FedEx swings both ways. If you're relying on your "bonus" to survive maybe you have other issues. Maybe you're living beyond your means. I usually budget myself on a midrange run that way if I make more thats gravy. If it's shorter then all I have to do is tighten a bit and I'm ok. Keep your rent or mortgage at or less than 25% of your Monthly takehome pay. And get or stay out of debt. No new stuff unless you NEED it. Just some ideas from Dave Ramsey

I came back and read this a couple of times .... I laughed so hard each time ..... pretty funny :36:

I know I'm not very clear about things. I say bonus, but I really mean our pay no matter what the scale. I'm saying that our pay hasn't been raised in comparison with the economy even though they have had record profits. Bonus really isn't what I was talking about. You say live within your means and stay debt free and thats totally correct. That way when your income doesn't go up you can skim by and survive if thats all you want to do!

I'll agree about the raise. Mine was 1.37% Cost-of-living is up around 5%

I'm almost debt free and I so more than skim by. It was when I was in debt that I barley skimmed by. I don't need pay raises but I'll take them when I get them. People have their wants and needs confused.
