Broken spring from a dump truck killed 27 yr.old teacher last week

Highway inspectors say if they see any commercial vehicles with equipment failures they will put them out of service.
To bad they were not able to catch this dump truck before this fatal crash.

That is sad. Even though I'm always paying attention I don't really expect something like that to come flying at me while I'm driving.
