XPO | Con-way freight sucks!! please reply

I do not think con-way sucks. I think it has had better days for it's employees. What separated con-way from the rest of the ltl's no longer exists. Con-Way like every other large co has forgotten that if their employees have more to spend profits will circle around and help keep the co's pockets full. I think every big co has forgotten that you have to spend money to make money IE employee compensation. Maybe Americas CEO'S should watch the movie the Lion King and realize the message in it.The circle of life.

The only reason ConWay exists is because CF wanted to f... their employees out of union wages and benefits . End of story, con-way sucks.....:popcorn:
 
I love it........ Watching you guys is better than a six pack and a lawn chair at a boat ramp. This is CF all over again. When CF quit paying all your bills for ya and you started having to make it on your own then times started getting tough. Thanks for the laughs......let the good times roll.....just remember, this Short Timer was around the day your company came into existence so I know the facts and not the bull. Wish I could pull Jackie Presser out of the grave so I could shoot the bum. I have witnessed a couple of terminal's take on XCO. Like if XCO is coming in with no scale ticket and trailer's over weight, the terminal manager say's we will get this stuff straightened out......only to see him come out of his office with his tail between his legs and trailer's keep coming in overweight and a fake scale ticket.....but let those who have done nothing wrong cast the first stone....:coffee1:
