It depends on what you are looking for. Linehaul does sleep out , but you usually get home home during the week. Its paid hourly and you drive a day cab. regional you get a sleeper truck and get paid by the mile, home weekends. I think both get the same bennies. If you can pull the double 48's you get a higher pay rate when pulling them. Regional drivers drive both night and day, Line haul is strictly nights. I lot of drivers cant handle the all night thing every day.
The way our super fantastic engineer rearanged linehaul most linehaul drivers get home everynight. This is a good way to get hours everynight cause u wont be able to get the loads back to the terminals in time for next day delivery.
