Yeah as far as I'm concerned for the sake and well being of all you guys still stuck with this bull **** they should all resign or be terminated . Just wonder how many lives did he make miserable at 309? Every time one of those pos gets cut loose you should all celebrate .
 
could'nt have happened to a nicer guy. he was one of the reasons i found employment elsewhere.now they need to get rid of r.d. and k.r. maybe someday yrc will be a better place to work for the guys who are left.
 
RESIGNED? Then why would security escort him to the parking lot? His ass got canned! And there are more to follow!
 
I heard they let him go because he was too easy on you. They want someone who will get tough and instill some discipline.
 
A. S. was the one who had management watch us drivers enter and exit making sure we used our three point contact or get a WARNING LETTER if we didn't. This is because he cared or he was useless with nothing better to do.

Is this statement sarcasm? Or ignorance?
First off, management couldn't care less how we "feel," whether we are sick, dying, or dead.
We are just numbers. Robots with lack of intelligence and IQ.
We robots can be replaced on any given day with another robot and YRC couldn't care less.
As more of these useless nit-picking, micro-managing, dim-wits are terminated, the better off the company will run.
