XPO | integrity?

Always do the right thing, never be afraid to speak up, and make sure that when you stand up for yourself you stand TALL.

Integrity is something you either have or you don't....

It is not something to be paraded or advertised...it is a simple concept.

The person has decided what they desire to define themselves...and follow thru accordingly.

Integrity is not argumentative nor is it debatable...it is what it is.

Most don't get it.

Integrity Is gone. The management took it out of their so called core values. They can't preach integrity if they themselves don't have it.

I've noticed the people who preach honesty and integrity are the ones who least possess these traits. It should come as natural as breathing

Conway in my opinion no longer has any core values, certainly not integrity, that was one of the first to go, they will do watever is best for them without any regard for us(Employess), and also in case you havnt noticed forget about ant kind of Team also, its everyone for themselves!

"They, They, They", it's always "They".
So, give your definition of integrity, as it applies to our company, and show me how "They" lack it but the drivers possess it.

You say that in your opinion our leaders (They) do not practice safety, integrity, commitment, or excellence. But do you believe "Us" (the employees) as a group do? You want better leadership? My job as a DSR would be simpler and easier if my fellow employees would strive to improve their fellowership, and have the same core values you say our leaders lack.

Leaders should have and strive for a quality skills set of leadership. If you understand and agree then how about the followers... the employees? Why would the followers not be held to a skills set of fellowership? How can any organization have a healthy existence without this relationship?

agree or disagree?

I would say, maybe what is preached should be practiced. I go through a stringent business ethics program and have been told to "mind my manners" in dress uniform out in public to keep the company image in good standing. Yet I recently see a national article about the the lobbying/tax situation with my company. I understand its perfectly legal and many companies do this. But is it morally correct to do what they have done? I am told to be honest during my day and do the right thing. I would say I have. I know most here have. But we as a group are led by example and for the most part are a direct reflection of those who lead us. After all the concessions we have made it is very disappointing to find my company almost made the top ten of what i can is an embarrassing list.

That list that you mention, means that your company is strong and will be there for you in the future. You don't have to worry about having a job and they are only making your bonus bigger. Why continue to slam a company that you continue to work for?? I'll never understand you types. There is no conspriracy, it's just wall street. Some companies do it better than others. I like knowing that the gates won't be locked when I go to work on Monday mornings, and you should be too. We'll get that raise that we deserve..you'll see.

The Bible says if witnessed by two. You go from there. If you don't want to believe it then you won't. If you do then you will. Judge not unless you judge righteously. I would to find out the facts if they were available but judgement is up to you. But what if will not do. You know that........Rock On.

Didn't slam...just disappointed as I said. So I turn a blind eye to what many may consider unethical as long as it benefits me? What do you think some of our customers think about that?

The customers want the best bang for their buck..and the company makes sure they are getting it, or they will go somewhere else. Why does that disappoint you? This company is not doing anything illegal. Make my bonus as big as you can. I'll take it!!

For the first time in a while, I'm at a loss for words.... I think I did say it wasn't illegal, just immoral.
Excessive greed is why our economy us in the shape it's in. From the banks to the housing blunder. All over greed.

It's Wall Street. You can only look at what is legal and go from there. There are no morals. So, you want our company to pay more taxes?? And pay you less? You post with a chip on your shoulder, all the bad stuff is behind us, it's time to move on. I'm glad we work for a good company and they'll be there for many years. The companies that didn't make the list, well, it probably not for lack of trying..some people have better accountants and lobbyists than others..

Guess we agree to disagree.

How about when you do your taxes this year, assuming you haven't done that yet, Are you not going to take every legal deduction possible? sure you are? everybody does? There is nothing immoral about following the laws they give us to follow. Same goes for companies.

you lean so heavily on the information of the article but where is the proof, the charts, the facts they used to create their formulas. This is just the tip of the 2012 iceberg. As we near the election it will continue to accelerate to a blinding speed. Us against them, the haves and have-nots. The same message focused on the same groups to buy an election in 2008. Why wasn't freddie and sally on that list? How about those great solar companies?

But I don't deduct then tell others they can't or are wrong for doing it. But if I choose to deduct a tithe, I give to be charitable not to write it off my taxes.
