How many of ya'all have gotten your new uniforms? Got mine this week and I gotta say they got this one right. Very comfortable and they look sharp too. At least my 3 year old little girl thought so... :D Just wondering when they'll get the coats out, they said we'd get those before the uniforms, but no one at my barn has a new coat yet and at least half of us have the new uni's.

You'll get the jacket about june.
 
I like them but I don't like The Pants Elastic Waist Band would prefer like with the old uniforms that you can choose how your pants are cut ect boot cut pleated ect and our shirts should have our names on them it sucks they took them off !! Now our customers have no sense of whom is working for them !!

Thats why they have a spot to hook the ID badge you are required to wear at all times.

Right. And if you actually wear the badge while you are working it falls off and gets lost before you even realize it happened. No one wears those things. You need them to clock in and sign into the scanner. They are to important to be out flopping around.

They do at my service center. I wear mine all the time and have no issues with it.
 
Let's see some photos of this new Uniform. Dad seen them and says they look pretty good. Wonder when his barn will get them.

You don't work. Standing there with a clip board telling everyone else what to do. It probably doesn't get in the way much. Not meant to be a cut or a dig. But wrestling the freight is a little different.

Haven't seen the new uniforms yet in person...just pics. Were not supposed to have them until summertime here. We were told we would have the new jackets in March. I think the uniforms look nice...hope theyre comfortable. I also don't like the idea of not having our names on the shirts. Thats the only drawback in my opinion. But overall looking forward to something new. :1sm364jumpbed:

If she was just a little older I might think she was on the previous "committee" that gave us the tablecloths!

I do alot more work than you think. I also have employees on the dock and in the city that wear their badge as required

Hmmm, you have employees? I thought we were all supposed to be on a team, as in we are all equal with different tasks to complete.
