Yellow | YRC COO Bidding Dates

WOW Al, you never cease to amaze me. If I ever need a company's view point all i have to do is ask you!
How about the starting date.
Then again I have not seen anything from our POS agent
Sadly, for ALL of us my post is NOT company propaganda. Those are the facts of life at YRCF. The union CANNOT tell the company how to run THEIR business. Everyone better hope that James Welch sincerely wants YRCF to survive.
And K.K. posted the implementation date 4/8/12.

Huh? What?..............Give them the benefit of the doubt? Are you kidding?! The ONLY thing these C.O.O.'s have accomplished thus far: they have eliminated jobs and disrupted families. They do NOTHING but cost the company money. Money these KNUCKLEHEADS continue to borrow. Efficiency? That's a complete joke. Had an engineer come to Valdosta before all this came down. He STATED, "It costs 402 $11.00 dollars MORE per shipment to handle the same freight as 705." Just figure 1000 bills per day and start doing the math. Over $4 mil a year! Don't believe everything these KNUCKLEHEADS tell you.

Strange.....He told us it cost $11 more per shipment running it through Valdosta instead of 402....I guess he was playing both sides so as not to hurt any feelings?.......KK

Very hard to get anyone to come back to work off layoff.our barn called a lot of drivers back.not many and I emphasize many.are not responding

thats what there banking on so in one year or less the cost to move guys will become savings......and they will try to hire new but who the hell would anyone come here when the other ltl are monday thru friday.....and nt in bk basically
justelimanating jobs not about frieght movements some tm are mad cause they know they will lose customers in eol with lose of direct service to bypass some breack bulks
Hire guys?? Most of the ftw barns have lay-off list if Im not mistaken

Hey KK I heard they only expect 39% of the people to transfer. Is this what your hearing?
daschits...Now that's a screen name and avatar I can really appreciate!:biglaugh:It's a gamble I'm sure that many don't want to take! Good luck over there. Had the opportunity to get out and I moved on, and said pi$$ on em, just gimme my 4 weeks vacation, and good bye! But I have a lot of good friends there and hope it can be salvaged! If they pull it off, let history say, "the sacrifices of the rank and file Teamsters saved the organization". They have done their part, so the greed is squarely on Wall Street's back now! So what you gonna do now, big time corporate lawyer and wall street executive? You gonna give em' some more time to pay, let them run and feed their families, or line your pockets and shutem' down before the year's end! Teamster's kept their end of the bargain, and BOZO Dollar BILL has left the building! Let's give JW a fighting chance at least till 2015!

Let's face it, it just costs more to ship with YRCF because management don't know what the hell they are doing.

Gaining terminal is not all its cracked up to be. The guys come with there freight and withing a few months freights gone.......And nobody will listen when ya tell em thats how its gonna go. :censored2:

like the merger....... numbers at some eol gained drivers(that they didnt need) and the drivers moved in brought imaginary frieght and a month later out of a job.(never got called back till this day)... hell some eol drivers never worked one day .......so there numbers for the merger where wrong ....the locals argued but i guess it was just a waste of time.............. just like this change its about elimanting jobs and losing customers .........a few eol terminal managers have said thats whats going to happen they will lose 1 -2 days of service
