ABF | Is anybody busy?

Have had some slow spots but not scary slow here. Have even seen some business return that hasn't been around for a year or more. Don't forget it's not treadmill, snow thrower or generator season right now either.
 
This time last year we were balls to the wall. I know YRC and Holland are still looking for city drivers and still paying 15% less. I think I know where the freight is !!!!!!!!
 
Maybe they are priming you for your coo.I know we have been sold out here at YRCF.we had our meetings in KC.everything passed without a whimper.good luck to you guys
 
Pretty scary here right now. Some days it seems to be picking up then the next day it will be dead again.
YRC companies busy as hell.

You can't pay people to haul their freight or you shall GO BROKE! YRCF is hauling it cheaper than Central Transport and Saia in our market. It matters not how many tons of freight you haul. If it costs you more to haul it than you're making, the more you haul, the more you lose! The more you haul, the more claims you have....and YRCF tears up some freight, packing those trailers. The pricing and claims are going to do them in. It's just a matter of time and mathematics.

That's odd, I seem to recall your response to my post about it being a done deal before it was reduced to writing and it was not in my favor???
 
It is like the movie “Ground Hog Day”, except instead of doing the same day over and over again we are doing January over and over again. This is the third time we are doing January this year. Hit bottom but no bounce. Much busier a year ago in March.
