I'm looking for an Attorney in Northern Az., that would not be afraid to take on Fed Ex Freight! I have had to file with HR over payroll being removed by service center for work performed, Unsafe conditions, hostile work envirment, and harrassment. The retaliation just continues. I'm at my end! They are now trying to fire me and singling me out for eveything. Also, since this started I was working 4-5 days a week, now I'm lucky to get 2. The Company WILL NOT hold management accountable for what they do! If anybody has information on an agressive firm that will persue justice against this financial giant, please contact me!
Thank You!

Can you prove any of this?? Or are you a worthless whiner who deserves to be fired???

I can prove all of it! Are you Waste of skin, or do you just have a big mouth?

How about your local NLRB office? They have a list of attorneys who routinely litigate labor, worker's comp, hours of service and overtime abuse. Be careful who you pick. Many attorneys don't have labor experience....but they certainly won't tell you that, at least not until they cash that retainer fee check. An experienced labor attorney would probably take your case pro bono (that's free...in trucker talk...) if there was precedent-setting language or the potential of a class-action. Document, Document, Document everything!
