very sad day for us, lost two good runs gained four short dock runs, i dont like going backwards, time to start looking for another job, not getting any younger im really starting to hate dock work
I have to agree. It is time to cut the cord.
This crap has been going on for way too long. Every friggin' bid has some new and idiotic COO...without regard to how it affects the people employed therein.
These bozos firmly believe people are in positions to transfer/dovetail at the company's whim.
Sorry Skippy...life doesn't work that way.
People have lives...roots...and families. These are things that come first. This is just a job. Nothing more.
One thing that needs to go away immediately is the "people first" lie..it is insulting to listen to the company trumpet this obviously self inflated and misdirected sleight of hand nonsense.
It may work for the package peeps...not so well received by professional truck drivers...evidently a concept that escapes Bill L.
Rat
Brings back fond memories of several years ago , east first , the west a year later
to the ones still employed, TODAY , you might not be a year from now
now everyone get out there, dont miss your gates , get your bph
and most important, dont forget fedex loves you
FedUp sucks!!! Wish we were all where we use to be AF, Viking, Watson... it was a lot more fun. The hec with Fred.
CDS from 36 man board to 26. Not sure how many bids verses extra.
anyone know how bhm faredhow can you eliminate 9 runs and not be able to follow the freight. The 9 runs are from CMH to Corbin KY meet the ATL driver. Where did this freight go to. They eliminated a whole lane. Did this freight go to Dayton?
