I have to agree. It is time to cut the cord.

This crap has been going on for way too long. Every friggin' bid has some new and idiotic COO...without regard to how it affects the people employed therein.

These bozos firmly believe people are in positions to transfer/dovetail at the company's whim.

Sorry Skippy...life doesn't work that way.

People have lives...roots...and families. These are things that come first. This is just a job. Nothing more.

One thing that needs to go away immediately is the "people first" lie..it is insulting to listen to the company trumpet this obviously self inflated and misdirected sleight of hand nonsense.

It may work for the package peeps...not so well received by professional truck drivers...evidently a concept that escapes Bill L.

Heres some more details about the runs lost in cmh we lost 5 atl nighttime 4 day 1wrn 1dtr 3yng 1 akr 1 wme 1 fre 3 cgt 1 lex we added 3 beckley wv meets and three more daytime cgt rail runs

I agree, with every new bid comes some exciting news for some poor sap. Yet another sad commentary on the life at FedEx freight. Sad...

Hey FedEx, did ya get it right this time? Maybe next round you can add a half dozen runs back on AMA or maybe you can take some runs from WIT and give them to JOP or KCY and then just when everyone and their families are settled you can yank those back and shoot them all down to the I44 corridor or maybe you can save .12 here or there or there or here or there or.....

VLD losing a total of 9 runs....extraboard is going from 11 to 20.....guess that means nobody is losing their jobs but good luck to the bottom guys at getting out on a extra run....guess they are gonna starve these boys out instead of paying up on the unemployment.....what a corrupt company we work for...bunch of JO's say "if no runs are available you can work the dock during the hub and hope to get a kick out run".....what a joke....remember people.....look out for yourself and your families because this company sure isn't!

Just yesterday there was an ad for Driver Apprentices in St. Louis (St. Charles I'm guessing). Are they gonna get rid of the higher paying guys and bring in the cheaper labor?
 
how can you eliminate 9 runs and not be able to follow the freight. The 9 runs are from CMH to Corbin KY meet the ATL driver. Where did this freight go to. They eliminated a whole lane. Did this freight go to Dayton?
