Which Transmission?

an automatic would be nice in the summer time, but I don't even want to see one in the state of North Dakota in the winter, guess i would have to go with a straight 10. I like the super 10, but we have problems with them shifting up here in the winter.
 
If I ran back and forth down south and didn't have to worry about snow would love an automatic. But since I live on I40 super 10.
 
Super 10 preferably, or a straight 10. Anything but an auto-shift. Oh...by the way...put it in a Volvo, the KW's suck.

I've driven and owned plenty of 13 overdrive equipped truck and none of them are remotely close to a super 10.

I like a straight ten. Those lightning, electronic shift, super 10's are junk. They've left me on the side of the road more than once.
 
Supers 10's are great for the city. I like the 10 speed I have now. If I got an automatic I want it to be an Allison automatic they build the best. We wouldn't mind driving them in snow or in mountains. They are far advanced then Eaton BS.
 
Seeing as how we are wishing for things that we have no control over, and aren't likely to happen,,,,, 13 for me, in a KW with smartcruise and an ISX at 450 and no screwing with the parameters by someone with no driving experience.

I like Dumbcruise, makes me feel like I actually know what I'm doing when I turn it off myself
 
When I received my new KW I had my choice of 10 speed or automatic. Its hard to teach and old dog new tricks, I went with the ten speed. TP
