if you transfer? no if you are topped out you stay where you are unless the destination facility is a class "a" facility then your pay will increase to reach theirs. same goes for transferring from class "a" to class b your pay will drop to meet that facilities pay scale. transfers just lose their terminal seniority not company seniority so your time served will roll with you wherever you go and your pay will do the same.
 
I think thats why at Ups Freight they dont want transfers because they would rather hire a newbie at $14.87 an hour. B.S.
