I just received my pants, and I like them. If I have one gripe about the process, it's the lack of communication on the roll-out. The csr tasked with getting our sizes was adamant that we have to pay to get them hemmed. I knew better and demanded she put my leg size on the order.They came hemmed. The jacket.... the jacket is an epic fail, IMO. I looked at the list of DRS's involved in the new uniform development, and they had one from canada. And a part of canada that shuts down when the temp hits -15! We would have never chosen this jacket for cold weather. No one will wear this when it's -35, and your under your trailer banging frozen brakes. Oh well, at least we will look half decent.
 
I think the new uniforms look like crap and present a ragged, dirty and unprofessional appearance. God knows we can't be the leader and set good examples for the trucking industry anymore, we have to follow everyone elses examples.

Just wait a couple of months.I refuse to wash the shirts in MY washer with fifth wheel grease on them and I got a tear in one shirt and buttons missing on another.I throw the shirts in the trunk of my car when I punch out and put them on when I punch in.
 
Like I said when they first came out... It's a mix between the mail man and a shopping mall cop ! These uni's are over the top !!! All were missing is the shiny bright blue Conway badge .
 
What's got me ticked off is 1) how hot they are, seriously we're almost wearing black in the summer sun and 2) how long it takes to get extras. I ordered uniform shorts off the website, spent $120 of my own money, and have been waiting on them for over 2 months now! I guarantee that Arrow Uniform didn't wait that long to charge my credit card!

Have you tried contacting Arrow? I've been waiting over 2 months for my shorts too. Everytime I try to contact them, I can't get through.
 
They should have field tested these things during a humid Northeast summer. They looked great until I started wearing it.

I've been field testing mine for three months in Oklahoma, and almost passed out every day from heat exhaustion ! ....
 
Have you tried contacting Arrow? I've been waiting over 2 months for my shorts too. Everytime I try to contact them, I can't get through.

Just got off the phone with Arrow and they told me that they screwed up "Phase 3s" short distribution and had to replace all them shorts first..the employee purchased shorts will go out by the 29th of July and if you ordered them in the last 2 weeks you wont get them till the second week of Aug.

Great so since arrow screwed up they keep my money for another month while I'm passing out from the heat!

yup.kinda looks that way...what i cant figure out is,if they have all these shorts that were sent to the wrong people,why cant they cross send the drivers the right sizes instead of sending them all back and ordering all new???sounds like a waiste of time and money and in the end,well probley end up getting those shorts anyway..
