XPO | got called for an interview, is conway worth switching for?

Never mind. All the negative posts scared him off. He never showed for his interview. Good job guys. Way to build our company.

I think it is funny Gomer how none of these guys work out of XDP but know everything about its opperation......Oh wait,they run in there for reship...my bad...

some terminals might treat their drivers a tad better than others, but in the grand scheme of things, its the same con-way ethos companywide, just in a different location.
 
You guys did actually scare me off with all of the comments, but im still here at vitran and things have gotten even worse. Conway called again and I am considering it. The starting hourly wage is over $1 an hour more than I have been making at vitran for the last 3 years. Im gonna mull it over for a couple of days.

If you can get the hrs you need at Conway I believe conway is better but we just had a guy quit our barn and go to Vitran just because he couldn't get enough hrs. At least that's what he said the reason was. He took about a $2 decrease in pay per hour but said he could get a lot of OT. I don't know if their OT starts at 40 or what. Overall Conway's a good place to drive for IMO. People can find something to gripe about at just about every job in the world.
 
It can't be any worse than Vitran. We have no freight and it keeps getting slower. I only take home $580 a week now, so if I can make even a little more it'd be worth it.
