I am proud to announce that Russ P. was fired on Friday. Dean K. should be next and then the housecleaning can continue to flow down the food chain.
you just made my weekend B.B.B.I was told he was fired Friday.
russ was the eastern vp until a week or two ago when they moved him over into a made up position. Dean is the vp of hr/safety (from pjax).
Only one thing to say:I am proud to announce that Russ P. was fired on Friday. Dean K. should be next and then the housecleaning can continue to flow down the food chain.
For you guys to celebrate someone losing their income just shows what donkey holes you are. I am so glad i am out of there...I jus hope when you guys lose your jobs, you will be celebrating as well. Obviously most of you are not hireable anywhere else since you stay at a place you love so much.
I think one main reason we prospered as PJAX was Mark, Russ and the others that stayed on answered to the owner, and had to account for what they did with someone who saw what they did first hand, unlike after the buyout, where they were only accounting for what they did with a corporate office that was 10 hours awayI did say most-so sorry if you were offended. The company will only recover if everyone is given the tools need to perform their job. Obviously the PJAX Management did something right, you do not become such a large player in the buisness with the type of leaders that you guys are assuming that PJAX had. When given the right tools, they along with the rest of the employees made PJAX what it was. Once we were bought out, equipment sucked, morale started to suck, then with no raises good employees left and they were stuck with mostly unhirable drivers and managers that did not care.
pjax was a joke your equipment is a joke, your trucks were garbage in 08 went we bought your sorry assz, and your management in the east coast is a joke. plain and simple have a nice day gentlemen.
The Vitranoff equipment was the junk not the PJAX equipment. And you brought up another great point. The Vitran managers are not smart enough to figure out how to keep and maintain good equipment at their terminals for the city drivers to use. You never heard about eastern terminals complaining about equipment until the brakes were put on spending several years ago because of Lazy (sleeping behind the Kmart) Vijackoff drivers that refused to do their jobs. Humm, again the PJAX managers somehow figured it out, but all the Vitran managers could do was blame it all on PJAX.
Also, while you are crowing about how wonderful "your precious" was, how about talking about the number of Vitran terminals closed because the employees wanted to vote in the union. Vitran must not have been such a wonderful place if employees felt they needed a union!
Throw the whole abomination into the fires of Mordor and you should buy some orange underwear and go back to Schneider where you belong!
