Is it legal to peddle with 53 footers in New york State?? Need to know asap and what regulation covers it.

According to the new york state dot.It is not legal to make pickups and deliveries in and around the burroughs of Nyc.you can take them to long island areas via different interstate routes.

NEMF peddle 53's in Queens all the time. now is it forced or voluntarily ? i don't know but their union is considered by many as garbage so dont ever look for them to go to management to get this stopped. once the NYPD or DOT get'em, they'll learn.

there are no 53 allowed in the 5 borough's. They do allow them to serve the 2 big airports and can not stop them from running thru on the interstates. You will see them everywhere though just matters whether you get caught or not.
