XPO | Equal pay central and southern DSR's

Dude this company is a joke. Not only will they not match our pay but they will give 6 percent 401k match to every employee before jan 2010 everyone after gets nothing. How chicken **** is that we all do the same job. Plus this measuring freight and trailer utilization is a joke

They're not matching anything. That's suspended right now.
 
I think the 6% match was a predestined take away. A feel good reach around for the loss of the pension, but easily withdrawn at later date due to the ever faltering economy. Aside from the CFI debacle, this company hasn't missed a beat.
 
Whats ******** is where we are at the guys still get 6 percent but all n w guys after 2010 get zero which is kinda odd
 
trkrvr27 is not informed enough to post statements about the 401k. Could someone translate his rant just above?
 
Pretty easy to translate look up in the employee portal under 401k. It states all employees hired before jan 2010 will recieve company match beginning again on october 31S T 2011. Every employee hired after jan012010 will not recieve a company match. Couldnt be any easier to understand.....

I don't put any of my money into the 401, I only take the 4% that replaced the pension money...so are we getting the match that we originally got with the 6 % or not? Anybody know for sure.
 
Ido not know where you all got this ,but they never quite giving the 3%match, unless you did not leave your 6%in. I know they took all our vacation pay and pay cut,matching penssion but not this.. I am retired now for a little over 2 years now. My pension is coming the first of every month and they pay my insurance everytime that Is send it in to get paid.

Employees hired before Jan. 2010 do not receive a company match.

Employees starting after that date will be receiving a match starting immediately. They will see it at the end of the quarter.
I'm kinda confused ... Do you have that backwards ? But I could be wrong .

Holy **** I'm confused now. I never lost the 3%. And I don't contribute anything. The people who put in 6% think that they are being sans at 50% but are not. It only looks that way. The match is suspended. Just like smoke joe said.
 
Correct. You can put in up to 15% in 401k. If you personally put in extra, you are just saving more money. So in other words, we are all equal.

So what the new hires will be seeing at the end of March is not a match? I was told that it is, but that may have been wrong.
