XPO | 2 hour back up

Who knows why. The end of the month was yesturday and we are not even busy, just lazy. Nice to find out 20 minutes ago from a phone call. Management is nothing but garbage.

We all stick togather and get back late next week from our l/h runs and keep em on the edge with our great leaders.

I did linehaul for a few years until last year and had the same mentality about getting back late. After being in the city this past year and now again this year I can honestly say that, at least at our barn, you only hurt your own cause by thinking that way. Just food for thought and may not be the same way across the board.

at are barn we dont know what back up we have.your time means nothing to these people.saftey my arse

every one of those guys should of logged "on duty not driving" as soon as they hit the gate.

I'm not logging in until I'
m getting paid. I know people look at it differently, but your not doing anyting to the company by logging on..if you cant do the run, because of lack of hours, then they'll just pull somebody off the dock. I'm in if for myself, I don't want to be logged unless i'm getting paid.

Now, on the other hand, if there was a policy that paid people on mess-ups by mngt., like this one, then you would not see mistakes like this. I'll agree with the person that's probably fixing to say this very thing.
