Sorry convict, since you make 30-40k a year,You gotta go back Monday and earn enough to buy another cracker. Now get to work and make doug another bonus!!!
 
I forgot, after you have to invest your money in your own retirement and buy your insurance, now your at 20-30 k a year. Lol
 
Hey Rollin62 I'll bet these small bonus checks would have been a lot bigger if subservice wasn't hauling our loads . We would have made more money throughout the year which would have increased our total earnings if our runs wasn't stolen by all these contractors ..! What do ya think? Well better yet we better ask the Conway wizard of happiness ......Beerfd !

Am I the only that thinks its a little fishy that no one can go to the company portal and pull up the final VPP #'s? Been like that for about a week now for me anyways.

Yeah, it's still like that. The guy over in India that's in charge of it, must've fell asleep.
 
Has anybody done the new space=waste training? They say we have to get another 45 mil. From that. They've already budgeted it into this years' plan. So if convict don't start fillin' them trailers properly on the FAC, I'm not getting a bonus next year.
 
3 yeara ago it was all about e trak, today its all about cram and jam (get that cube up). Already seen tons of damage because of this. Highly educated idiots making the call, where is undercover boss when we need him.

I spend over two hours hand picking freight and cubed a trailer at 132%.This trailer went 43 miles down the road and had to take at least two hours to unload. They told me I done real good. If they are happy then I am happy. Life is good:smile:

If you right click on the 'view vpp results' link and choose 'open in new window' it will bypass the 'scheduled maintainence' message and show you the 4th quarter/final numbers. I found this yesterday.
