Nothing will happen until this company has a operation ratio around 95.....we might see some chump change but thats about it. They will never release that pay freeze...That would seal our fate and put us all out of a job. There is hope that this place can turn itself around. But that won't be known to at least the end of the 3rd quarter.of 2013.

get to your TM, ALL employees are required to watch it. we have a sign off sheet like safety papers to acknowledge we watched video (not agreed, just watched)

If the OR gets down to 98 in any given year moving forward, they will give an across the board 2%. An OR of 95 gets us 3% per year till pay is "market comparable". Lots of variables here but don't hold your breath, neither of them will ever happen.

OR is 5% driver, 95% management decisions,,,,, just my thought
 
We have not seen either of the last two videos at my terminal. Maybe they just handed out the sheets and had us sign it, like they do with their "safety meetings".

Treat us like mushrooms; keep us in the dark and feed us *****. No wonder a lot of heresy and rumors spread around, lack of communication.

By the way, anyone seen this supposedly "employee survey" they spoke of in the last newsletter?
