XPO | Con-way "southern" finally going to get pay bump

I heard Wellness Coaches is fixing to be a thing of the past. No insurance, no need to push the healthy lifestyle......

Could be the real meaning of 'LEAN' ....starved and overworked , con-any-way should have some skinny azz drivers soon .... !
 
and then I'll Wager the Following year we will take a 10 % pay cut cause things will fall short of Goal !!

Hey convict , the powers that be said our scorecard was low because of tHe production on the FAC. You better not take a $@&% on the clock anymore..that ain't considered a motor move...

Well I don't know why the production is down , I'm only in there 5 hours a week ! I'm just glad that w&i supervisor is not around , might try to charge me for being over dem's on these loads !

I bet the pay raise wont cover the total cost raise of our health insurance. Im paying $20 more a week for healthcare so that is $1040 a year......plus, a $400 dollar deductable on each family member now for this year.....getting medical bills out my ass right now. Id blame Obama first......if you don't think this is a direct result of ObamaCare your clueless!......really clueless.

You should've chosen the HRA option. You wouldn't have any bills. And not paying hardly anything. IDK why everybody doesn't choose this. I haven't paid anything out of pocket for over two years.

I chose the network plan because it covers you 90%, i got 2 kids and one has a few medical issues, one week in the hospital and your screwed without that 90% coverage!

HRA is ok as long as you or dependents don't have a catastrophic illness or injury. We found that out last year. If you have to pay the $2250, you are better off having the PPO since the combined deductible is only $1200.

Everytime I try to make a case for my wonderful HRA, ya got to come on here and spoil it with facts.:732: Hey, atleast you know what HRA stands for..
