What ever happpened to the 1st in, 1st out , longest hook rule! Seems there are no rules anymore just whatever central dispatch feels like doing. No sense of direction in this company anymore. I hate to complain but enoughs enough! We need to start making calls to Richmond over all these issues in a Professional manner of course. Who wants to go first?

Sometimes a driver gets stuck being the last one out then the last one in. If a Monday start driver gets out on Thursday and tries to make a few bucks by running the weekend, he will be the last one in again. I think they try to get the driver getting the short stick a fresh jump start to help him out a little.
i underdtand what your saying here hightyde, i feel the opposite....lets say X-0??M1...now that means your #1 monday driver...lets say im X-0??M6...i thinkl if your number 1 on the seniority you should get out first on your day out..if thats not the case then why have seniority?

When I was brand new I was m2 out of 6 Monday guys. I don't think that number means much of anything.
maybe u guys need to call central and tell them that ur going union, and that u wanna be in the NMFA. that will get them goin:) + we need more partners
