Central Transport | emergency meeting

well i know they did say that there was going to be an investor meeting on the 15th. guess we'll find out what they talk about in a few days

The agreement with the Teamsters members was that YRC could not buy any companies, property or anything until the workers are paid back their 15% give back. There might be a national grievance filed if they try another stunt like that again.

I thought it said they couldn't buy a non union company
