This is the organized labor movement today ?? I vote NO !! It isn't rough enough to know that the top people in the company will continue to receive their raises while the avg rank & file would be giving up $7,000 in the next year but you also have to give up a weeks vacation that you have worked 10,20,30 years to get to not to mention that now a dispatcher can fire you without corroborating evidence that you were stealing time......less pay & less time off & less security....We need to send them back to the table they work for us ...We were told this was all about ABF being able to compete with our competitors on a even MONETARY Playing field how does giving up vacation time & job security accomplish this??? WE MUST VOTE NO & SEND THEM BACK TO THE TABLE
