Made the big decision to call it quits,don't enjoy going to work anymore due to the bs soooo,after 25 yrs I'm done! Young men (kids) telling me I need to be more productive! Well how bout you meeting me at 1 of my stops with those nice khaki trousers and polo shirt when the trl is hotter than a ***** house on nickle night, so good luck with all the changes coming your way old and new drivers

I know what ya mean about all the changes. Trucking is getting tough and attitudes are on the rise. It seems all the safety related issues and comic book changes are just adding to the problems in this cut throat industry. I see plenty of attitudes on the highway. I'm thankful I put up with trucking enough to get myself to the point where I am now but things are always changing. I might have to learn how to operate a forklift someday.

Was it something we said.Thats just what your barn needs,another experienced hanging it up.The work ethics of the new truck drivers they are hiring is a ******* mystery to me.Good luck to ya brother,stay safe

I know what you mean , it's just no fun anymore with DOT and the employers all breathing down your neck.

Good luck kangetryte in your future... Us working stiffs must plug on.. Those punks don't worry me.. I do my job.. I go home... I use to sit around and shoot the crap with the drivers, but not any more... Let'em bring it on, I've seen worse..Good luck my friend and keep in touch...
