They could have started a logistics company whether the contract was accepted or not.

All Major LTL companies have a logistics company. Sounds like ABF is trying to be more competitive.
 
I agree but they also could have put up cameras with out a contract for theft reasons but they wanted it in the contract to fire you without cause, just don't seem right. my humble opinion.
