Place seems to be getting out of control. How many un-trained new drivers and dock workers does it take before it implodes?

your right. It is company wide. Young kids speeding through the dock and cutting you off while moving haz-mat. I really don't know why i still have my job cause i really just want to kick some a$$.

ill see your cutting you off, and raise you loading 8000 lb hazmat shipments, not scanning it on, placards reading vertically or no placards at all.. loading 5 2000lb + totes on one side of the trailer..Need I go on?

oh my...that is going on at places other than LDA??
 
Sounds like every last minute load out of XSD..."if its on the dock just get it in the trailer...they'll figure it out when it gets there". No hazmat papers, short shipments....boy am I glad people know how to make movers and not just leave skids on the dock!
 
sounds like NRM.....no FOM,....FOS's that dont know their elbows from the fleshy part they sit on.....the inmates are running the asylum

If they gave the con-way system an enema the nozzle would surely be inserted at the xcv facility. Great fos's but really crappy leadership at the helm.
