XPO | One Computer System Disaster !!!

**** like this should Concern all of us Cause this incompetence will cost all of us our Jobs Customers will go with a carrier whom can get the job done all the time not just when there computers work !!

We used to be able to haul freight before computers and we did a damn good job at it too. Computers go down and we have to turn customers away. It is simply unexcusable to not have a backup plan for situations like this. Every company has troubles with their computer systems, but the fact that they go down and our company seems to forget how to pickup and deliver freight from Point A to Point B is beyond incompetence.

Most of the management were not here when we used to do it the tried and true way. They had no idea what they were doing. There was guys at the re-ship that didn't know how to fill out a manifest.

I hacked his account before I left for OD... that's why he sounds so different lately.

You mean to tell me all these new management trainees with their computer skills have not been able to fix the problem. Great, trainees with no freight or computer skills. Help us LEAN Team.

I'll decide to go to od once I'm ready to make factory pay. And about crawling under a rock, ill make sure I take your sister with me. I've talked to od drivers and as of yet, have not found any positive feed back so yeah, I'll keep my many years of seniority and bleed blue and make $85,000 doing so, instead of bleeding $hi+ green and wondering, am i working today:tumbleweed:
