XPO | Appeals court upholds virtually all of government's driver hours of service rules

From what I read they are getting rid of the 30 minute break for short haul drivers. Anyone know for sure?
 
Was told yesterday Conway would still use 30 min lunch break no matter how long or how short your run is.

So now instead of itbeing a d.o.t thing, now conway will keep it because now they saw they can save themselves money by every driver clicking out 30 minutes. Thank you con-way. Well at least now when i see the cameras in our trucks, I'll feel a little better knowing i helped pay for them, 30 min at a time. DAMN YOU CON-WAY!!!! STOP MAKING OUR LIVES SO DIFFICULT. I GOT A SUGGESTION, WHY DON'T YOU GIVE UP SOME OF YOUR MILLIONS. YOU TAKE AWAY OUR PENSION, VACATION, OUR DOCK TIME (OUTBOUND) AND NOW 30 MIN EVERY DAY!!! F¥©K you already. Enough is enough. Resume here i come. Time to start looking.

The law says you still have to take the 30. They r talking about city drivers. But, yeah go ahead, don't let the door hit you in the ass...somebody will gladly fill your spot. Just sayin' :nutkick:
