Yellow | Is YRC Going For A Two-Year Extension?

If you were ABF with a new contract, stock price on the rise, and had investors at the ready, would you be interested in an acquisition?

Everything has it`s price.Wise old man once told me money talks and bull**** walks! Big money people don`t care about anything but themselves.I`m always interested in an acquisition!

Turnabout is fair play.

The acquisition would require dismantling, and selling off profitable portions and liquidation of the rest.

Would that cover all of the debt?

It would eliminate a major competitor.

If you can't beat 'em, buy 'em.

Are they ready to go "all in?"

The ballots will be out just in time for the holiday. Just check "no" and send the ballot along with all the Christmas cards going out. Simple enough for me.:D

only way I consider voting yes is if they can't buy another company or have any more changes of operations till our wages and pensions are restored

Im not buying all this talk about a two year extension.i read that on tdu.i dont place too much trust on their info.we all can see the manipulation going on with the stock.after just coming fresh off a change of operation.i didnt expect a spectacular second quarter.Carry on with whatever youre doing.

I guess it isn't just about, "accomplishing my job to the best of my ability!"

"Pump & Dump" stock manipulation. Lousy 2nd quarter results.

@ WAR with the our main breakbulk in the center of the USA!

"Carry on with whatever youre doing."

What are you willing to give back tomorrow to "help" YRCF survive?

Last but not least "Be happy you have a job!"

Tonight our TOM set aside 4 empty 53 trls and red-tagged them.

Guess what was written on the red tags? ABF!

Why don't we all just cool our jets and see what happens. Hell we don't even know if this is true yet or not.

Well lets see, YRC paid off the union (25%). So you know what your gonna hear from the hall about this., be happy you have a job., if you dont like it go find employment else where., And there are still plenty of YES men around to vote it in. So it dont look good if that does go down.

youll take it and love it lol the the hedge
