FedEx Freight | The end of freight and express !!!!

Well then they're wasting a lot of money by bringing us 12 brand new trucks in a domicile that is only for line haul.
 
Yes it's true you gonna have to buy your own truck it CANNOT be a day can has to be Peterbilt long nose bunk sleeper and lots of chicken lights hahahahahaha!!!!!!!!
 
Anything is possible with this company. They really don't need line haul drives. They can use over the road drivers, save money and upper management will get bigger bonus checks. They also can build more rail yards and run containers.

Even if it was true, the lead time for this rumor is way too short. Hell, it took them over a year for the freight/national merger..and they still screwed the pooch. sept 1 of 2014...now that would be more credible... try harder next time driver.
 
You're right they have to give 60 day notice because there are certain states that require it for a layoff.

That's right, it will be ground. When I get in and out of the truck and deliver freight, I have to put both feet on the ground, therefore ground it is.
 
Schnieder would do a better job, maybe even better to work for. They already have rail, run doubles, been around alot longer, at one time even had union representation. Ground is a joke.
 
oh come they can say it in sept for a jan 1 layoff date. what a way to start off a new yr. I don't put anything past them :wee:
 
Soon all LTL's wiil have two boards 1 peddle drivers 2 rail yard drivers. All tbese companies are starting to use the rails more and more. Them greedy white collar spineless bas!#rds are all about the ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR and they dont give two craps if you r able to provide for your familys
