CRST Van Maintenance/ Escrow refund from LP

How long does it take to get your refund on your maintenance and escrows once leaving CRST LP? My husband's last day with CRST was August 3rd, 2013. Will it come paper check or what? Generally how long? Anyone know the answers?
 
don't know about crst but I worked for an ltl that used o/o and they held the escrow for 90 days any other aka maintenance was paid with in 30 days
 
Crooks INC will not pay you anything. If you have not gotten it by the time you read this, you may have to take them to court.
