621 st.louis is running directs around 640 our steward was fired under article 8 last month. since the change of ops they have completely disreguarded our work rules.

Without having access to O/B trailer manifests it's all speculation. However you're correct, re-engineering flow; i.e. more direct loading, was the primary reason for the COO. Also 621 is no longer a D/C. Perhaps 621 is now loading southern cal LTL to 326?Wasn't loading more directs part of the latest COO, meant to reduce freight handling and possible damage? Running freight around 640 to EOL's in the LA basin is causing layoffs at SCA/640. Brothers in the LA basin, please do your part, pro numbers trailer numbers, any info you can collect. Turn this information in ro your stewards so we can put a stop to this. This effects us all..
