Rumor was strong today ABF would try to enforce the contract even if some of the supplments failed. Can they do this and still be legal?

yes they can and it would be up to ibt to take action on it but that will never happen because they could really care less about us ---- ask yrc in chicago they voted no FOUR TIMES and the company ( and hoffa which is one in the same) finally just implemented everything

There were several VP’s in Atlanta (086) yesterday having management meetings. One of the VP’s was Shanon Lively whose new position at Fort Smith has to do with restructuring the freight lanes and operational efficiency. What was discussed seems to be a secret and that has me a little concerned. Sometimes I feel like a deer caught in the headlights of an ABF express train.

It really surprises me that the 710 voted yes on this deal. 705 guys sticking to there guns. The girls out west standing strong. What next? :argue:

I'm sure when and if the whole deal is implemented, were going to see a very big change of operations coming our way. You know there going to try and get as much work as possible from us. I see a lot of these shorter runs stretched out to the limit. That is my guess.
