XPO | What have we lost

Over the last ten years we have lost many things, anyone that wants to should write one thing.

ten years ago, we were making 18$/hr. We've gain a lot since. You want to go back 10 years. not me. We were paying for insurance 10 years ago.just like now. maybe you should go back a little futher..

But since you asked, pension contributions were lost..gained 4 or 5% in contributions to 401, which nobody else does, without anything from us.

let's see we lost the eye glass benefit from 2 years to every year, that actually screws us out of some money.

I dont know if you work in the south or not. (I'm pretty sure you work in Ann Arbor, MI) but if you work in the north as I do, ten years ago i was at top rate making $20.19 an hr. I may be off by a few cents but without a check in my hand am pretty close.

I lost a .50 on I the dollar match to 3%, them I lost a .50 on the dollar match to 6%, and gained a 3% quarterly contribution. Yeah, I came out smelling of roses.

Company money in a 401 k is never yours until you cash out. At any time the company can tap into your 401 and take "their" money back.

What was that account called they use to put about $700 a year in if you was over 45 years old ? Well anyway they don't put no more in it
