Told all Manager's to relay this to their driver's. Vitran pickup's will not include Central Transport pickup's at the same shipper. Vitran needs to remain as a seperate carrier and to avoid any Central Transport shipments the shipper may want to give the Vitran driver.

Yes, same has been told to CTII operations. Makes perfect sense because contracted rates and tariffs are not loaded for each others companies so all those freight bills would get rated incorrectly and you would end up with a nightmare. Contracts will be merged shortly after deal is signed and delivered.
