I just wanted to ask if anyone had any information regarding salary employees health insurance costs are and any other information regarding this. What about 401k? Thanks

Our cost went up and no match on the 401K still.

Yah, no 401k match still. I am paying $135/month for health insurance for me/spouse. Deductibles went up this year I believe... it's now 400/800 in/out-of-network for each of us. 20%/80%, etc.

When I started (8 years ago), I paid $0/month, deductibles were $250/$500 and I believe it was 10%/90% coinsurance...

I can't complain... yea, we have definitely taken a few steps back on this... but there are others paying much more for less.

The lack of 401k matching? That's another question!
 
Yeah, insurance for myself went up again, with higher deductible and still not match on the 401k. Still beats working for brand X for 15% - 20% less.

Do you have any idea how fortunate ABF is to have the leadership it has? No one comes close to this group of outstanding individuals. They truly earn every dime. You should meet them sometime...you would agree.

I've been very impressed with I have net so far. Now just to finally get onboard.

couldn't agree more. Our leaders make a lot of money but they also earn it. Can the other carriers say the same thing?
