Starting mid-May they are reportedly changing from how it's always been to "bidding start times". A Duie has never done this. Sounds like New Penn to me. While I don't know if it will work or not it's quite apparent where it's coming from.

Btw, post 4 not the pushing incident. That will probably happen in a couple months....
