ODFL | OD pay and benefits

Thanks bullwagon and we do have different payscales, but it is mainly hourly folks. The southern centers are about $1 an hour less than the northern and in the northeast you make a little extra on linehaul.

Anyone know the starting hourly rate for local P&D, is there a sign on bonus?
Looking at other options for my husband.

Weekly, as of the beginning of June the money is now posted to your bank account on Thursday instead of Friday.

Does the insurance cover medications before deductible is met?
How much is the deductible for family coverage and is there an HSA? If so, does the company contribute?
And from reading this thread, Dallas Center is a problem? I am thinking of accepting there but would like to know if this is a bad center or is Fort worth better?

Welcome to the forum,we're happy you're here! Not sure about deductable,we have HSA no co. contributions I don't think Dallas is a problem, its a large breakbulk and probably not our friendliest location, but it has a lot of good runs and there's money to made running from there.FTW is a smaller terminal plus somewhat more laid back,as seems the usual result when comparing the two cities..

Co pay on specialty or extreme reduced on general meds, varies per med. Believe $15 last time I had to have a super virus killing antibiotic. Have one that is $10 for 3 months, another is $4 for 60 days, at Walmart were I registered. United has special agreements with most major drug pushers. Use to use Walgreens before certain policies on a social nature ticked me off. Price for meds the same. + and - of big verse smaller, especially if in shadow of larger. If freight is slow, larger seems to not allow to move past them.

FTW is a better city. No comparison. Having ran routes while in foodservice for years in dallas, I can second what you're saying. I use to think that was purely a stereotype of DFW, but it's so true haha.

I can't argue with you there while Dallas is an amazing city, few places with more to see and do, sometimes it seems like Texas's New York City while Fort Worth generally comes off as a warm and friendly place its one of my favorite cities!!
