I'm assuming nobody else received their healthcare cards. I need to refill my child's prescriptions. How can I go about that? Are pharmacies able to look up the coverage online somehow? What type of prescription insurance coverage do I tell them we have? Someone said the insurance isn't administered by Cherokee. What company name do I give the pharmacist? I can't hold my breath and wait until these cards come in the mail. My child can't go without the prescriptions. Normally I'd pay out of pocket, but the drop in pay is killing us.

Medco/Express scripts had my new prescription info already in their system. Do you have the new insurance card? I recv'd mine a couple of weeks ago in the packet. If so, take that to your pharmacy and see if they can look it up.
