I keep hearing that a second NO vote is authorization for a strike. I was called in for a company meeting tonight at 8:00 P.M. My questions will be the same as the questions at the Union meeting.
1: How can this be a second vote if it's the same contract we voted down the first time.?
2:Why haven't they addressed the issues that caused the first vote to fail.?
3: Who is calling for a strike vote. The company or the union.?I know the employees aren't. (must be a scare tactic).
It's interesting that YRCW has a vote coming up and over 400 people on the site. We have a vote and 40 people are showing concern. Must be the difference between a union company and one that's not so much.!!
