I have heard the same thing a time or 2 about not listening to a Teamster because we arent college educated.. I also realise some of us will come unglued over this comment, but whatever happened to the equal sacrifice?? I know theres way less management than us, but they all have their vaca back, pensions/401s are back in full, pay rates are back,, how bout Mr Welch and his croanies work for what a P&D driver makes in a year maxed out at 60 hrs a week?? These clowns deserve no bonuses, this company is not performing well enough for anyone to recieve a bonus better yet a 3.5 million dollar a year salary plus stock incentives..
 
a bonus should be for a exceptional off the chart performance. can any of this senior management or board of directors lay claim to that? I think not. Own up to your mistakes, adjust your compensation accordingly and you would see a change in how many of us view them.
 
Why do you think so many people are selling by owner now a days. People are tired of everyone putting their hands in our pockets and taking our hard earned money. If you are going to screw me, could I at least get a kiss!

Used to be but YRC got tired of paying all the overweight tickets. Always on the drives for some reason.
 
I'm glad some people are loosening back up again. Some of the other threads are cracking jokes again also.
I've been laughing so hard last few posts I've been crying.
