Yellow | IBT Response To Re-Vote Of Proposed MOU

why doesn t The IBT a trained certified bankruptcy attorney for pre filling negotiations ? examples of bank malice behavior give loan to ceo with history of bankruptcy ceo zollars this was a set up and IBT is showing no leadership, say goodbye to union freight workers, why no real action to defend YRC WORKERS WITH REAL INTELLIGENCE

We just have to pray at this point that something new that makes sense comes out the woodwork because the last insult they sent out to me was a joke to see if anybody would get it, well it don't think anybody got it and I sure hope the union put a hand in the terms of this one otherwise I think we are going to get the same result.
Seems to be looking bad but things can always turn around last minute to looking good
Remember the debt for equity last minute debocale mess

This company needs to swallow the bitter pill , and sell off Holland and pay off its debt . Current upper level management are not only puppets to the banks but also not qualified to run all aspects of the companies under the YRC umbrella . Undo the mistakes of the previous management .

Debt for equity - ? the one they just did that didn't happen? Or are you talking about years ago?

I don't care what this company does anymore. I am a "HARD WORKING TEAMSTER"! I will not give them another dime. I may have to find a "****" job for a short time, but I will always be a "TEAMSTER"! I work in a small barn where we all bust our ass to make it work.(skip lunches and breaks from time to time), to get the freight delivered and picked-up! Not to mention the 60+Hr workweek. Figure it out YRC! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to do it!

I am sure that is going to happen, the regionals will get sold off which in the short term means YRC survives. But in the long term losing the money making regionals makes the YRC dinasaur model ripe for failure down the road. By by YRC and a bunch of teamster jobs. You are your own worst enemy and the under funded pensions due to the legacy requirements makes YRC NOT attractive to any purchasers of the business. Well done Teamsters, well done.
