I just listened to the tele call.... So ya I'm gonna vote yes. YES . I dont like it but I have to think with my head, when John Mosses says FEB 1 ... I believe he means it. 7 days from today its all over but the moaning. One note on a related post of mine about Wilson gettn 5 million if the other MOU was approved... I have heard and believe the explanation that it was " manipulated " info on the TDU article. I was told it is a comment about predicted revenue from the financing that goes to the lender not Henry Wilson.. so , I was mistaken and regret that comment.

It takes a big man to openly say he made a mistake. I forgive ya Bro. I'm sure a lot of others on this site forgive ya as well. :clapping:

For whatever it's worth I'm voting yes too! I needs my job. I'd rather live to fight another day!

When the leaders of the IBT tell you the company is going down with out a yes vote, and their independent advisor tells you the same thing, I'd say you pretty much have to believe that. Vote yes, we stay open. Vote no, we close. Pretty simple.

Voting yes to stay a teamster BK probably means the end to teamsters in the LTL industry. This MOU actually has wording to change operating procedures to get the company into the 21st century.

no offense how anybody votes , but i am happy that they went through the ibt like they should have done in the first place,so at least there are stipulations in it now ,except for the absenteism part if your record clears up after 9 months

Really you write them a check every week just to drive their equipment?
Every Friday I see the GRATUITY that I give our wondrous management team. "3/4 of what I owe on my home I've given them, or 2 really nice Ultra Classic HD's, or an decked out Pick`em up truck. The list goes on... cable TV bla bla bla..........."

first off - REALLY? That is how you measure your employment? What you don't have? Must suck to always look at the negative side of everything... I've managed to save and invest that much or more over the last 5 years. I still have the same TV I got 10 years ago AND I can still watch TV on it. I have EVERYTHING I NEED and MOST of what I want...

It's sad to be you... I'm sorry that you only see the 'losses' - don't ever invest money in the stock market you wouldn't last if all you see are the losses.... you always have to be willing to wait it out and get to the up side! :)

Anyhow... it's just an opinion.

Another thing to think about is there are people on here that don't work for Y R C or any of their subsidiaries, some are posting on here promoting a NO vote. Some have worked at Y R C but are laid off and have been for a very long time and really don't have a dog in this race. I'm quite sure many of you know and thought of this, I just wanted to put it out there that a lot of people promoting NO votes only have revenge as well as their own agenda that Y R C should fail. Please don't buy their B S. :1036316054:

I don't think your winning much support by telling these voters what pieces of crap they are.
