You know what I meant. And still haven't answered the questions. And TDU wonders why the members can't stand them.
 
So how is she going to get OUR pension? How is she going to get a company that loses tens of millions per month to kick in tens of millions per month to the funds?

But you are on here campaigning for her. It was a simple question to a comment you made but in true TDU fashion you keep ignoring it. If someone was on here campaigning for Hoffa or Gegare I would also question their claims. I'm not telling anyone to vote for anyone. I get informed and decide on my own. Oh and by the way, if Pope were elected, there would also be pictures of her shaking hands with Billy, its what happens at the close of a negotiation.

and actually dont have a clue what they are doing

Not ALL membership voted for givebacks, only the ones with bad memory as to all the companies in the past that got givebacks only to close a short while later and use the giveback money to fund giant golden parachute retirement packages for the senior management. They laugh all the way to the bank. They are experts at cooking the books. IBT should be able to figure this out, but apparently not. Oh, I forgot, Hoffa and his cronies are packing parachutes of their own and will be set up for life when they leave their posts either voted out or just leaving on their own. In the meantime, are we all "set up for life" too? Very dam few is my guess. I didn't see any pay or benefit cuts taken by IBT officers at the Local or Intl. level, even if it would have been only a show of unity with the members. It certainly wouldn't have hurt any of them financially and they would have been re-embursed via the expense account anyhow. HMMMMM I wonder where all that UPS money went HMMMMMMM Time to clean house on the national level for sure and also on the local level in many (but not all) places. We need new blood and new ideas to move forward.

Congratulations !!!!!!! You must be among the 1% of the Teamster membership who gets informed and decides for himself/herself on who to vote for. Most are not capable or don't have the spine to do anything but what the Local bosses tell them to. That is the reason the SLATE BALLOT method of voting at Union elections came to be. The brainwashed zombies who now number pretty high in the membership just have to put their X in the one spot where told, no thinking required. Even then, only less than 1/3 of the membership who CAN vote, even bother to do it. It is just too bad we don't have more good people to choose from on the ballot.
